Privacy notice

Draft for business and legal review. This text is not an approved privacy notice or legal advice. The lawful basis, final wording, data-controller details, retention period and applicable legal obligations must be reviewed and approved before public submissions are enabled.

Information submitted

When enabled, Obsidixz Forms is designed to collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry subject and message, source page when available, the privacy-notice version acknowledged, and submission timestamps. Spam-protection and operational security controls may also process technical request data.

Purpose and access

The intended purpose is to receive, review and respond to enquiries for Obsidixz Real Estate. Enquiry records are intended to be available only to the authorised Obsidixz administrator. V1 does not send email notifications and does not accept attachments.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are intended to be stored in Supabase PostgreSQL. A provisional 24-month retention period for closed enquiries is under business and legal review; no legally approved retention period is claimed here. Open enquiries are not intended to be automatically deleted.

Acknowledgement

The form checkbox records that the notice was presented and acknowledged. It is not, by itself, a representation that consent is the lawful basis for processing or that every legal requirement has been met.

Contact and rights

Before this notice is approved, Obsidixz must add the confirmed organisation/controller details, contact route, applicable rights information and any other statements required after legal review.
